Getting started with selecting the best program for your child begins with a consultation with an educational specialist. During this consultation, it’s helpful to bring any relevant test results and notes from teacher conferences.
This information provides the specialist with valuable insight into your child’s strengths and areas that may need support, helping them recommend the most appropriate program tailored to your child’s individual needs.
The second step involves a diagnostic assessment conducted by the specialist, which is offered free of charge. After the evaluation, the specialist will analyze the results and schedule a follow-up consultation with you to discuss the findings and provide recommendations.
Together, you and the specialist will develop an Individualized Learning Plan (ILP), which will include specific learning goals, a personalized lesson pathway, strategies for monitoring progress, and a plan for how often updates will be communicated. This collaborative approach ensures the program aligns with your child’s unique learning profile and supports their ongoing growth.
